In 2015 RPM Partners completed a $2.7 million three-story 20,000-sf medical facility, Forsyth O&P, with multiple separate dental practices.  The construction included upfits for each practice and a specialty dental lab.  The building has brick, glass, and wood siding.  The upper level has training facilities / meeting space for the dental practice staff while the lower two levels each have their own parking lot and separate ground level entrances.  The dental offices include medical gas services, extensive specialized electrical services, and all LED lighting.
