In 2019 SKA relocated from their original building into 14,000-sf of Class A office space.  The work was completed in approximately two months on an accelerated schedule to accommodate their move.  The renovation created seven conference rooms, an IT/Server room, a break room, private offices around the perimeter of the space, and a large open office area in the middle.  The existing ceiling was removed in the open office space leaving the structure, ductwork, and conduit exposed for both the industrial aesthetic, but also a nod to the engineering firm.
