Completed in 2002 for The Franciscan Center, the St. Francis Springs Prayer Center is 40,000-sf single-level facility to serve as an inter-faith prayer and retreat center.  The center has multiple meeting rooms and twenty bedrooms each with a private bath. Carved out of a heavily wooded 50-acre site in rural Rockingham County.  The building features exposed wood timber construction on the interior, and brick, stone, precast concrete and wood trim on the exterior.  The facility was RPM Partner’s first $5M project.
